Anyone like me who is 50+ yrs. and older - I take a realistic and "have fun" approach to eating healthy, staying strong, fit, and tone. Look at everyday exercises, cardio, eating healthy, calisthenics, and discussing vitamin & supplements .

Skin Care - We'll also look at something most males totally ignore and that is "how to properly care for our skin"? This means taking care of our face and how to keep it healthy and young.

Pain Management - Anyone, like me, who has been living with chronic pain will be of very interested with pain management strategies. Living through life threatening injuries sustained through sports, broken bones, body parts taken out, surgery to put in screws and metal plates, and nerve damage will be discussed.
